U-SEAL 906 AS

One-part, hydrophilic swelling polyurethane adhesive and sealant
U-Seal 906 AS is a one-component, hydrophilic swelling polyurethane adhesive and sealant for waterproofing concrete joints that is activated in contact with water, turning into a sealant resistant to hydrostatic pressures up to 5 bar. Extrudable with normal sealant guns, without sagging, it cross-links under the influence of atmospheric or concrete humidity to seal all types of construction or hydraulic joints or penetrations in concrete structures to expand in the eventual contact with water, even cyclical. Certified according to:

AREAS OF APPLICATION U-Seal 906 AS is an adhesive and sealant for hermetic sealing applications also subjected to hydrostatic or gas pressure, suitable for waterproofing joints in prefabricated or cast-on-site structures in civil and industrial constructions, connection joints between old and new structures, for sealing cracks or construction joints between concrete elements, crossings of pipes, metal elements or other types of crossings in walls and slabs, insulation of joints and connections of ducts, water pipes, gas pipelines, wiring ducts, segments of tunnels, shafts and to make seals on the return rods. Suitable for gluing bentonite tapes.
