Silcoflex 599

One-part, neutral alkoxy-curing, low modulus silicone sealant for facade and glazing applications
Silcoflex 599 is a one-part, neutral-curing, non-corrosive low modulus silicone sealant. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber with primerless adhesion to many substrates such as glass, tiles, ceramics, enamel, glazed tiles and clinker; aluminium, steel, zinc, copper, wood and many plastics. Excellent tooling characteristics for construction, glass and window building, as well as industrial applications.

Application fields Sealing of connection and expansion joints in the building industry. Sealing of perimeter joints, joints between glazing and supporting structures (frames, transoms, mullions). Industrial application as sealant in the automotive, aircraft and shipbuilding industries.
